  MY STORY-1 It’s strange how one small moment — one ordinary afternoon — can completely change the direction of your life. I still remember those mornings. Rushing out of my home in Old Rajinder Nagar, near Karol Bagh. Eyes half-open. Backpack slung over one shoulder. Taking an auto to reach the New Delhi Railway Station on time. And then — that EMU train to Ballabhgarh, Haryana. Packed. Loud. Heavy. Yet strangely quiet inside my heart. I was working as a programmer back then…Fresh out of college. Trying to find my place in the world. Our company had taken up a project to develop a complete ERP system for a big MNC in Ballabhgarh near Faridabad, Haryana. So every day, I travelled more than 60 kilometres just to sit in front of a screen and write code. But the truth is — I was struggling. Tune your inner FM Radio Ever tuned into a sad song on your FM radio? You are not in a mood to listen to a sad song. What do you do?  Simple — you switch the station! 🎶 Suddenly, you're grooving to a peppy Bhangra beat, and a smile lights up your face.  But, the sad song didn’t vanish — it’s still floating in the airwaves — but you chose a different frequency. As a designer, I used to spend hours analysing expected user behaviours — what frustrates them and what delights them. Now, AI gives me those insights in seconds. 👉 Heatmaps. 👉 Sentiment analysis. 👉 Even emotional cues from micro-interactions. My way of dealing with negative thoughts — Simplified.

  There are days when our mind turns into a battlefield - Between what we feel and what we shouldn’t feel. 🗝️ Here’s what I’ve learned over time — You don’t have to fight every thought that enters your head. Some thoughts just need to be seen, not entertained. So I follow a simple process: 👉 I Observe it. 👉 I Recognise it. 👉 I Accept it. 👉 And finally, I Ignore it. When a negative thought shows up, I tell it — 🌱 “I know you’re there. But I don't care. 🌱Leave.” And you know what?
