Tune your inner FM Radio

Ever tuned into a sad song on your FM radio? You are not in a mood to listen to a sad song. What do you do? 

Simple — you switch the station! 🎶 Suddenly, you're grooving to a peppy Bhangra beat, and a smile lights up your face. 

But, the sad song didn’t vanish — it’s still floating in the airwaves — but you chose a different frequency.

Similarly, we can change our frequency to be our own Radio Jockwy and control our own inner radio… Our chatter mind 😊

👉 How do we silence the inner chatter? I follow the simple techniques:-

By Breath control – Change our focus to our breath. Do deep breathing for 2 minutes only and focus on our breath going-in and coming out. 

That’s it. DONE 😊

Deep breathing calms our nervous system and give definite signals to calm our chattering mind. 

Observer Technique – very simple technique. Sit on a chair and relax. 

    a. Start observing your thoughts. 

    b. Recognise your negative thoughts. 

    c. Accept it 

    d. Ignore - Say, I don’t give you any weightage. The thought will fade out quickly.

    e. REPEAT – the above and be your own Jockey 😊
