🔥 We all know that Oxygen keeps us alive.

But the same oxygen can also ignite fire and destroy life. 

👉 It’s not the oxygen that’s the problem  - it’s what it comes in contact with. 

That’s exactly how our circle — our Sangat (संगत) works.

❓Yes, have you ever noticed how your energy shifts around certain people?

Some lift you. Some drain you.

👉 Many years back, I was surrounded by people who were always criticizing our organization, our boss, about workload, and about “how nothing ever changes.”

And without realizing it, I started speaking the same language.

☘️ The truth is — our environment is not neutral. The conversations we have, the people we share our time with, the mindsets we absorb — all of it either pulls us forward or keeps us stuck.

☘️ That’s why choosing your circle isn’t arrogance; it’s awareness.

✅ Our circle — our Sangat (संगत) — shapes more than our habits; it shapes our destiny.

Anger makes you lose the battle you’ve already won.  Take a breath, take control. I want to share an incident from years ago that stuck with me like Fevicol —it clung to my memory and completely transformed the way I perceive anger. One evening, I was out for my usual walk when I noticed a few street dogs resting by the roadside. Nearby, some children were playing. One of the boys began teasing a dog, and, unsurprisingly, the dog reacted—barking furiously and chasing after him. Startled, the boy ran away. Instinctively, I tried to intervene and shoo the dog away. The dog, now agitated, turned its attention to me and barked even more loudly. In that moment, something clicked.
