WHY IGNITE Workshop

 The Problem

My journey has revealed a consistent gap across both academic and corporate landscapes: Strive to sharpen our intellect (IQ), and neglect the Emotional and Human aspects.

In our society, there's a strong emphasis on honing IQ to achieve academic success. However, a highly sharpened IQ—much like a sharp-edged tool—can be dangerous if not used wisely. Just as a sharp knife requires a steady hand to be effective and safe, a sharp mind also needs emotional grounding to yield positive outcomes. That steadying hand is our Emotional Intelligence (EI)—the foundation that guides and balances our intellectual capabilities.

The top 5 qualities companies look for in their employees are related to soft skills, such as Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Adaptability, Teamwork, and Creativity.

The Solution

IGNITE—a Human Capability Mentorship Workshop designed to enhance emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and leadership capacity among students, educators, and professionals.

The “I” in IGNITE stands for Introspection, Intelligence, and Impact—the core of human growth.

Our workshop blends proven methods from Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, and NLP, and focuses on:

  1. Critical Thinking
  2. Self-Awareness
  3. Communication
  4. Interpersonal Skills
  5. Mindful Decision-Making

As recognised by Harvard Business School, Emotional Intelligence is key to performance, leadership, and workplace well-being. I’ve worked with hundreds of educators and professionals, delivering measurable results.

I would be honoured to explore how we can collaborate to empower your teams with skills that truly matter. Together, we can nurture capabilities that go beyond the curriculum—and prepare individuals to thrive in an increasingly complex world.

Workshops in Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Noida, Rekhi Foundation, and various schools.
