Two Rituals That Held Me Together When Life Didn’t

Many people ask me in my workshops that how to achieve Clarity and Inner Strength?

I tell them my story. 😊

Early on in my life, when nothing felt stable, my self confidence was shattered...

I got two simple pieces of advice from my uncle.

They didn’t sound big or dramatic. But they changed the way I walked through life.

1. Touch your parents’ feet before you step out.

And every single time, something shifted inside me.

It wasn’t superstition.

It was a feeling — a strange but powerful confidence — as if someone was walking beside me, protecting me, guiding me, holding me steady.

Even today, after they’re gone, I still bow my head in front of their photo before I step out.

2. Go where the music heals — attend Kirtan, sit in Satsang.

In those moments of chanting and collective singing, I felt a different kind of strength rise within me — calm, focused, centered.

The vibrations of music did what no motivation video ever could.

The collective consciousness of Satsang made me feel less alone.

Looking back, I realise something simple:

Clarity didn’t arrive only from thinking.

Focus didn’t come only from planning.

They came from connection —

to my roots, to something higher, to something deeper inside me.

Those two rituals not only held me together… they shaped the person I am today.
