👉 Here’s are 9 DON'Ts about workplace — widely understood, but followed by few.
▶️ Don't Gossip. It is like a GPS. It always finds its way back to you with its invisible kick.
▶️ Don’t forget to Appreciate people -- Appreciation is free and priceless. It takes seconds, but its value lasts far longer.
▶️ Don’t bring EGO into professional decisions. -- What talent builds up, EGO can quietly break down.
▶️ Don’t play the Blame game.-- It only works in genuine cases. Else of No Use.
▶️ Don’t resist Feedbacks - Learn to treat Objections and Feedbacks as doors of learning and not attacks.
▶️ Don't stay Quiet -- Ask questions -- Silence is not strength. It saves you from bigger problems later.
▶️ Don't play Politics - You may win today, but you lose your reputation tomorrow.
▶️ Don't be Negative -- Consistent negativity isn’t honesty — it’s noise. Negativity creates chaos and spoils the mindspace of others.
▶️ Don't make everything Urgent -- It burns teams, kills creativity, and reduces trust.
🔥 In hindsight, everything seems manageable. But what truly matters is how you show up when it counts.
It’s understandable to question things when you see even senior leaders speak negatively about other teams, just to safeguard their position. In the end, everyone is accountable for their actions.
Still, the points above remain time-tested and dependable.
