My way of dealing with negative thoughts — Simplified.

 There are days when our mind turns into a battlefield - Between what we feel and what we shouldn’t feel.


🗝️ Here’s what I’ve learned over time — You don’t have to fight every thought that enters your head. Some thoughts just need to be seen, not entertained.


So I follow a simple process:

👉 I Observe it.

👉 I Recognise it.

👉 I Accept it.

👉 And finally, I Ignore it.


When a negative thought shows up, I tell it —

🌱 “I know you’re there. But I don't care. 🌱Leave.”


And you know what? Most of them actually do. 😊💪
