Tough Bosses and Office Stress - 5 mantras to reduce office stress.

Why do we all dislike tough bosses? Why do we hate going to the office on Mondays? 😊

We often complain during our office conversations about our bosses. Whether it’s a strict deadline or a project review meeting, we tend to blame either the office culture or our bosses for the stress and workload.

In my 31 years in the corporate world, especially in the creative domain, I’ve worked with many tough bosses, and detailed feedback on our creative work was the norm.

Take a moment to see the upside of a tough boss — they're pushing you to grow and bring out your best. Just like we expect our cricket team to win and Virat Kohli to score a century, a tough boss expects more because they believe in your potential. 😊 Imagine the pressure we put them through.

👉Try to follow the following mantras and you will be super productive: -

🎯Stay curious and keep learning.

🎯 Learn like a student and perform like a champion.

🎯 Take feedback constructively – Your boss is not criticizing you but only giving feedback about the given task.

🎯 Never think that you are an employee.

🎯 Always behave as the owner of the given task.

🎯 Teamwork – Leave your EGO outside when you enter the office.

KEEP TRAINING YOUR MIND AND KEEP SMILING 😊

  1. A good boss always encourages you and tests you. An insecure boss always micro-manages you.
