Don't label Tough Bosses as Toxic

💥 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 - 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? And why does Monday mornings carry a weight we can’t seem to shake off? In my 30 years in the corporate world, particularly in the creative domain, working with demanding bosses and receiving detailed feedbacks on our work was simply part of the culture. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁.  ▶️ 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: - 🎯 Don't label tough bosses as toxic, when in reality, many are simply demanding excellence. 🎯 Learn like a student and perform like a champion. 🎯 Learn to receive feedback with open mind. Silence gives Clarity.

💥 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 — 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁. And then, the event ended. Within minutes, something interesting happened. Almost everyone reached for their phones. Heads down. Screens lit up. 📌 Because, People have made noise their default but are scared of SILENCE.  We say we feel bored when we sit alone, but solitude isn’t the problem. What we’re really avoiding is the discomfort of facing our own thoughts, doubts, and fears. To escape this discomfort, we seek constant stimulation — Reels, Music, Calls, TV etc. Over time, we become so used to noise that silence and stillness start to feel uncomfortable. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 -- 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁 (thoughts) 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲. When the motion stops, the dust settles and the water becomes clear. That...
