I'm scared of Not being Enough.

💥 Fear Is Not Loud. It’s Silent — And It Controls Our Lives.

Some say FEAR is good, it keeps us on our toes.

Not all fear screams.
Some whisper and limit our choices. We don’t even notice.

Due to our hidden fears, we lose many opportunities.

A young professional met me after the my workshop.
He looked confident, sounded sharp — the kind of guy you'd assume has it all figured out.

But when we spoke privately, he said something that hit me hard:

🔥“Sir, I have a constant feeling of someone who doesn’t know enough.”
I am Not scared of the work, but I'm scared of Not being “enough.”

🗣️He shared how:

  1. He overworks — fear of falling behind.
  2. He avoids asking questions in meetings — fear of not asking the best question.
  3. He hesitates in job interviews — fear of not matching the expectations.

He said, “I keep trying harder… but the fear never leaves. It quietly hides behind my effort.”

And I told him something very simple — not motivational, just real:

☘️ Fear doesn’t go away when we get better. Fear goes away when we accept these thoughts and become Honest.
👉 Honest with ourselves.
👉Honest with what we know and don’t know.
👉Honest with what we feel.
👉Honest with how we show up.

How brain handles FEAR and know the science behind it.
